The suggested items linked to  Accounts,   Items or  Rooms can be rejected for the current event, so that they do not pop up again for selection.

1. Tick the items you want to reject.
2. In the toolbar, click on  Reject suggestions for "Record name".
3. Rejected suggestions will no longer be offered for booking in this event, but can be called up by directly accessing the record they originate from.
4. If there are no more open suggestions, the icon will disappear from the toolbar.
5. All suggestions are automatically rejected when you close the event.
