Organisation is everything - without organisation nothing is as it should or could be. Self-organisation and team organisation are closely related here. With well thought-out work tools, you get structure in the abundance of information so that everyone involved always has access to current data. In  Verzeichnissen sammeln Sie thematisch geordnet Dokumente, aber auch Datensätze oder andere Objekte. Über die  Dokumentenablage^M werden auch externe Dokumente richtig eingeordnet. Mit  To-Do-Listen stellen Sie individuelle Checklisten z.B. zu Veranstaltungen oder Terminen zusammen. Komplexere Standardabläufe bilden Sie für Ihre Mitarbeiter auch grafisch in  Prozessen^M ab, die sich besonders für Qualitätskontrollen oder Workflows mit mehreren Beteiligten eignen. In  Projekten^M organisieren Sie flexiblere Arbeitsgruppen, die weitgehend selbständig arbeiten, aber einen gemeinsamen Informationsstand brauchen.
