Users

Anyone working with Bp Event is a user. In the standard version, there are only two users: the administrator and the main user. If you have the Multi-users module, new users can be created for any of your staff who use the Bp Event application.

Users with administrative authorisations can create new users or change and add to existing user data. If the user logs in to Bp Event, they are stored as an responsible when a new record is created. New records and changes made by the user are logged in the change log.

Scope:

All basic user details such as email account, login and position are stored in the user record. In addition, a photo, a personalised start image and a signature can be stored as an image file. Users can customise their application individually. This includes setting favourites, individual Info Center views, colour scheme, size and position of windows and much more.

If more than one person use Bp Event, they get individual access data. This helps with tracking changes and responsibilities. Users can communicate via the internal messaging system. In the event of absence (holiday, illness), substitutes can be delegated to receive the tasks, emails and internal messages.
