If an item is created as a inventory itemM and the existing Artikelbestand stock is stored, the availability for a given period can be checked.

  1. Book the stock item in your event offer and enter the required quantity.
  2. Click on Artikelbestand Run availability checkin the horizontal toolbar of the event.
    Note: You decide whether the stock check is already possible for offers or only for orders when you set it up in the administrative settings.
  3. Only overbooked inventory items and/or staff items appear on the list after the availability check. The list shows the exact number of items needed (demand), items on hand (stock) and items already added (rented) as well as the outstanding demand (remaining). (Ordering rental items for events).
  4. To see a list of the transactions for which the item has been posted, select the item by left-clicking on it and then click on edit Open.
  5. To adjust the processes if necessary, open the desired process with a left click.
