New items can be added spontaneously to the open quote.

1. To spontaneously add a new item to the quote, click on the dropdown triangle next to Add >   Item groups.
2. Double-click to select an item group or subgroup.
   Note: Item groups that are used for structuring cannot be inserted.
3. Im Angebot erscheint eine neue Zeile mit einem leeren Namensfeld. Geben Sie den Namen des neuen Artikels ein.
4. Um den neuen Artikel als normalen Artikel in die Datenbank aufzunehmen, wählen Sie auf Nachfrage Anlegen und füllen Sie die entsprechenden Pflichtfelder aus. Der Artikel steht danach auch für andere Veranstaltungen zur Auswahl (Wie lege ich einen neuen Einzelartikel an?).
   
5. Wird der Artikel nur einmalig verwendet, kann dieser Nur als temporärer Artikel festgehalten werden (Fügen Sie temporäre Artikel ein).
6. Give the item a quantity and, if applicable, a price in the segment.
7.  Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
