Erstellen Sie Angebote für Ihre Kunden mit mehreren Varianten^M. Die Hauptvariante wird in der Kostenkalkulation berücksichtigt, alle anderen Varianten werden im Angebot für den Kunden als Information aufgeführt. Umsatz-Forecasts berücksichtigen lediglich die Hauptvariante. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Bankettprofi Betreuer das Angebotslayout^M für Varianten anpassen.

1. Create a new segment for the quote and book the items for the first variant
2. Create a new empty folder for bidding processes in the process Summary by clicking on  Add > New bid variant .
3. The folder structure in the event navigation changes to  variant 1 (main variant marked by the yellow star) and  variant 2. Each variant has its own event overview.
4. To mark another variant as the main variant, right-click on the  variant in the side navigation bar and select  main offer variantfrom the context menu.
5. To copy a variant completely, right-click on the desired variant and select   Offer variant copyfrom the context menu. This option is only available if at least two variants exist.
6. To copy an individual operation of a variant to another, drag the operation in the page navigation to the desired variant while holding down the left mouse button.
7. Um alle Vorgänge einer Variante in eine andere zu kopieren, ziehen Sie in der Seitennavigation  den Ordner der Variante mit gedrückter linker Maustaste auf die gewünschte Variante.
8. To reject a variant, remove the tick Active. Non-active variants are stored under Non-active offer variants . Tick Active to reactivate the variant.
