Creating an event from a template

- Open a new event from a template
To simplify the creation of new events, to save time and, if necessary, to standardise initial quotes, the use of event templates is recommended.
- Gehen Sie in der Funktionsleiste auf den Reiter Basis > Veranstaltungen, und wählen Sie Neuanlage mit Vorlage und ggf. den BetriebM.
Alternatively, you can create a new event from a customer address. The data from the customer address is pre-assigned as the organiser.
In the horizontal toolbar of the account, click on > event > contact > if necessary, select the companyM and then the corresponding template. - A list of available event templates opens. Use the title and description to select a suitable template.
- Double-click or click on a line and the button Apply to select the event template.

- Complete the template with the framework data of the event
An input window with the most important event data opens.
- Enter at least the date of the event, the organiser and the event . Confirm your entry with Apply.
Note: Mandatory fields are always underlined. - The basic page of the new event opens. Depending on the template selected, other fields such as status or details on rooms, processes or procedures are already pre-populated, but can be overwritten or deleted.
- Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
