Following up on a quote

  • Create a follow-up for the event

    Let yourself be reminded by a follow-up to ask the customer whether the quote has arrived or whether there have been changes. Independent of status and status date you can have the event displayed in the follow-up list of the Info Centre (the Datenbank data source "Events" must be preset).

    1. In the VA Basis of the event, enter the date on which you would like to be reminded of the event in the Resubmission field.
    2. In the small input window Resubmission Reason, make a note of exactly what you need to enquire about or arrange for that day. Use the suggestions from the star selection list for recurring entries.
    3. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
  • Change the quote status

    Change the status of segments as soon as the client has accepted or rejected them. The data is not deleted to make all changes traceable at any time.

    1. To change the status of several segments at the same time, select the parent segment folder of the Ordner Angebot offersOrdner Bestellung orders or Ordner Rechnung invoices in the side event navigation.
    2. Select the desired segments in the list and click on edit Change status.
    3. Select the new status rejected or accepted and ok Accept your selection.
    4. To change the status of individual operations, go to the Angebot base of the desired operation and select a status using the drop-down menu in the top line.
    5. Speichern Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
  • Document customer contacts

    The infocenter Info Centre provides an overview of all data recorded in connection with an event, such as letters, offers or dates.

    View all relevant information about the events:

    1. Click in the event navigation on the left on infocenter Info Center. The Info Center opens with all the data available for this event.
    2. Click on the button Datenbank Data sources. Select one or more data sources by holding down the Ctrl key and left-clicking and ok Apply your selection.
    3. Click on Filter Period to display entries only in the specified period.
    4. Activate Show only own (or proxy) data to hide data from other users.
    5. If you need special data queries more often, save your settings for reuse. Click Views > Speichern Save star Default or neu New and record the custom settings as a new Benutzer User view or Gruppen Group view . Users with administrative privileges can save views as betrieb Enterprise Standard .

    Dokumentieren Sie Kundenkontakte ohne Module CRM plus:

    1. Select one of the available text fields, for example in the event > details Details > star Internal info or  VA Basis of the event > star First arrangement for the documentation of customer contacts.
    2. Set a  timestamp star with date, time and user via Open selection list > Timestamp or via the hotkey Shift+F2 .
    3. Enter the most important information.
    4. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.

    With the module CRM plusM you can document any customer contacts in detail in the account itself, without reference to an event, and create follow-ups.

    1. Open the tab Adresse Contactsin the left navigation bar of Akquise Account.
    2. Create a general follow-up for the account.
    3. Create new  contact notes neu with their own follow-up and detailed text via   New .
    4. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
