Customer ratings can be saved in the guest entries as a basis for further analysis. This option must be enabled in the administrative settings.

  1. In the guest entry, go to the Feedback Feedback tab.
  2. Click onneu New and select Feedback Feedback for an empty input window or Adresse Feedback from... for guest-related feedback.
  3. The date and time are preset with the current time and can be changed manually.
  4. Speichern Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
