Printing Worksheets (function sheets, packlists, checklists) as Datasheets

The technology used to create event sheets in the past has become outdated and is now being replaced by data sheets based on word processing. The new data sheet technology enables easier customisation.

Are you still using the old Event Sheets Plus technology? Then please contact your Account Manager or our Hotline.

Users with the appropriate authorisations can show or hide details in work instructions. Read more on Editing event sheets.

    • Print work instructions (functions) for a given time period

      Work instructions can be printed out for all events in a specified period.

      1. Left-click on VA Events or use the F12 hotkey to open the event search, then enter the dates you want.
      2. Click on the dropdown triangle next to druckerexpand Print in the toolbar above the list of events.
      3. Select a Datenblatt Datasheet Template and click on drucker Print oder pdf PDF, then confirm by clicking Print.
      4. Select the segment type (quote, order, invoice) for which you want to make printouts.
        Note: The input is preset to Order, quote, If there is no order, the worksheets will be printed for quotes.
