With a guest list, you record all participants of an event individually in order to enter individual prices, times or other information, or to send emails. Unlike the reservation list (Using reservation lists*), there is no link to table reservation or ticketing, nor is it possible to create tickets. Guest lists can only be created for orders, and there is only one guest list per order.

  1. Open the list in the desired event by left-clicking on Bestellung Order > Gaesteliste Guest list.
  2. Create new guests via neu in the horizontal toolbar of the input window. The guests do not necessarily have to be created as accounts in the database, but can be saved as temporary accounts with names only.
