Using Attendee ListsM
- Create an attendee list
An attendee list can be used to record all participants of an event individually in order to enter custom prices, times or other information, or to send emails. Unlike the reservation list (Use reservation lists), there is no option for linking to either table reservations or ticketing, nor is it possible to create admission tickets. Guest lists can only be created for existing orders, and there is only one guest list per order.
- Left-click the
Order you want and go to the
Attendee list.
Add new guests to the list. The guests do not need to have an account in the database, but can be saved as temporary accounts (names only).

- Enter the guest details
Guests can be listed on the guest list with or without having an account in the database.
- If the guest has an account, click on
Account, enter the name and confirm with Search or Enter.
- Double-click the account in the list of results to insert it in the list.
- If the guest does not as yet have an account in the database, select "Create new" in the dialogue or create a new account by clicking on
New above the list of results.
- If you do not want to create an account for this guest, select Keep name.
- Enter a numberGuests as
Adults and, if applicable,as
Children .
- Additional fields for details such as custom prices, times or comments can be filled in as required.
- If the guest has an account, click on
- Print name badges, place cards etc.
The guest list can be used to print place cards, name badges etc. based on suitable Lists/Reports.
- Open the selection of existing lists by left-clicking on
Select output list in the toolbar of the attendee list.
- Select a suitable list such as
Attendee list >
"Place cards", to show the respective fields of the guest records. The selected list of guest data is shown in the input window.
- Now click on
List >
Export >
Word processing to open the word processing utility and a suitable template.
- Click on
Print in the top toolbar.
- Open the selection of existing lists by left-clicking on
- Write a letter/email or SMS from an attendee entry
You can send letters or emails to individual guests starting from the attendee entry. For text messages, all you need is a telephone number.
- Open the record in the attendee list and switch to the
Mail tab in the side navigation.
- Create a new mail/email/SMS with or without a template by clicking on
New (Writing an email). Which templates and dispatch type are offered depends on the data you have:
- Phone number only: SMS only
- Email address: includes sending emails
- Complete address: includes mail
Send the email/SMS or
Print a letter.
- Open the record in the attendee list and switch to the
- Write a letter/email to all guests on the attendee list
Bulk mail or email can be sent to all addresses on the attendee list for which an (email) address is available.
- Open the
Attendee list. If no name or all names are selected, the bulk mail is sent to everyone. Select individual recipients by left-clicking and holding down the Ctrl key.
- Click on
in the toolbar and select
Bulk mail for sending by post,
Bulk email or
Bulk SMS.
- Select a text template from the list by double-clicking. The text of the template cannot be changed manually here (Creating a text template or Writing a bulk email).
- Confirm the prompt by selecting Print mail or Send email.
- Open the
- Save customer feedback
Customer ratings can be saved in the guest entries as a basis for further analysis. This option must be enabled in the administrative settings.
- In the guest entry, go to the
Feedback tab.
- Click on
New and select
Feedback for an empty input window or
Feedback from... for guest-related feedback.
- The date and time are preset with the current time and can be changed manually.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
- In the guest entry, go to the
