- Real Sales item can be booked into external and internal segments, as well as inserted as components.
Example: Veal shank with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes - Items that are only intended as components occur in recipes or other component items, but cannot be booked themselves.
Example: Sauerkraut, spice, potato - Components, Internal and Costing Operations are items that are used internally for planning but are not offered in the external operation.
Example: Rechaud, cutlery, kitchen roll
