Creating public holidays in the Holidays/Special Events calendar (Versions prior to 12.1R12)
Users with administrative authorisations can automatically set public holidays in the calendarM per year.
- Go to the
Configurations tab in the function bar and click on the expand triangle next to 
Holidays/Special Events > 
Create holidays. - Enter the Year and confirm by clicking OK.
- Confirm the prompt by clicking Create.
Alternatively, you can only view a Preview of the holidays. - A list of all new holidays for the specified year will open. The public holidays are visible to all users in the Info Centre calendar.
