Setting up image optimisation
The size and resolution of any image saved under 
Templates > 
Gallery or in a record (contact person, item, etc.) can be edited manually. Default values for the resolution are general settings.
- Go to the
Administration tab and select Settings > 
Corporation > 
Settings, then enter the default values in the Resolution for image optimiser fields. - We recommend the following values:
a) Images for quotations in the correct size and with 300 dpi
b) Images for internal printouts with 150 dpi
c) Images for the screen with 96dpi
d) Images for the archive with 72dpi - Set a maximum value to inform users when their images are taking up too much storage space.
- To reset changed values to the manufacturer's default values, click on Reset to manufacturer's default.
