Setting up image optimisation
Each image stored under 
Templates > 
Gallery or in a data record (contact person, item, etc.) can be edited in size and resolution. Default values as defined per company are offered for the resolution settings.
- Go to the
Administration tab and click on Settings > 
Corporation > 
Settings to enter the default values in the Resolution for image optimiser field. - We recommend the following values:
a) Images for quotes in the correct size and at 300 dpi
b) Images for internal prints at 150 dpi
c) Images for screen at 96dpi
d) Images for archiving at 72dpi - Enter a maximum value to alert users if their images are taking up too much storage space.
- To reset changed values to the manufacturer's default, click on Default values.
