Your administrator will provide you with the web address (URL), login name and password to log in to the Online Tome Clocking WebApp.
Important: Login must not be confused with the start or end of work hours! Even if you are not logged in all the time, your work hours will still be clocked.
Online Time Clocking works the same regardless of whether you log in on a mobile device (mobile phone, tablet), a desktop computer or a terminal with a touchscreen.
- Open a new window in your web browser (Mozilla, Explorer, Chrome or similar).
- Enter the URL in the address bar at the top of the window. Save the address in your Favourites folder/bookmarks to log in quickly and easily.
- Enter your Login name and Password and click/tap on Login.
- If an appropriate terminal has been set up, log in using an RFID chip/card instead of a smartphone. To do this, scan your RFID chip.
- To Log out, click/tap on the button Log out in the top right-hand corner.
