Call up shifts, work hours etc.

In addition to time clocking, there are other menu items on the app. Open these menu items by tapping on the icon submenu  in the top left-hand corner.

  1. The Calendar shows a monthly view of the current month. Change the date by tapping in the date field at the top. Which shifts, work hours etc. are shown here is defined by your company.
    1. Tap on neu Add in the top left-hand corner to create a leave request or enter details on your availability directly in the calendar.
    2. Tap refresh Refresh to update the display after changes.
  2. The overview opens a data sheet with company-specific content. The overview opens in a separate tab. Close the tab using the small x in the corner.
  3. Go to Time account to find a list of your time account balances with date and account balance as well as any other information. The list is sorted in descending order (from the most recent to the oldest entry) and cannot be edited.
  4. Go to Shifts to find a list of all your shifts in the selected period. The list is sorted in ascending order (from the closest to the furthest date).

    2. Tap Filter Filters to select which types of shifts you want to see.
      Example: only the confirmed shifts, only the leave days
  5. Go to Work hours for a list of all the work hours you have submitted in the selected period. The list is sorted in descending order (from the most recent to the oldest entry) and cannot be edited.
