Die Zuweisung zur richtigen Artikelgruppe hat weitreichende Auswirkungen auf die späteren Verwendungsmöglichkeiten des Personalartikels.

  • Charge for staff by the hour / day

Staff cannot be charged exclusively according to the number booked, because the length of the work assignment must also be taken into account.

    1. Enter the desired time unit (hour, half day, day) in the expandable selection list Container sale . The fields Content and Unit remain empty.
    2. Enter a number of hours at Delivery Content .
    3. To force the entry of times, select Time reference mandatory. The transaction times are automatically pre-assigned, but can be changed manually. The price calculation is always based on the specified number of staff roles multiplied by the number of hours.
    4. To enable the entry of clock times at a later date, select Time reference optional. The price calculation is based on the specified number of staff roles multiplied by the number of hours, if entered.
    5. Store your prices for any price groups in the area Pricing .
  • Charge for staff at a flat rate

Staff can also be offered at a flat rate, which is set independently of the hours worked. Nevertheless, it is useful for staff planning to be able to enter times.

    1. Geben Sie in der erweiterbaren Auswahlliste Verkaufsgebinde "Pauschal" ein. Die Felder Inhalt und Einheit bleiben leer, ebenso wie Portionen und Abgabe.
    2. To enable the entry of times at a later date, select Time reference flat rate. The price calculation is then still based exclusively on the number of staff roles specified. Any times entered do not affect the price calculation, but only help with organisation and planning.
    3. Hinterlegen Sie im Bereich Preisgestaltung Ihre Preise in den jeweiligen Preisschienen.
  • Assign staff members

If you have the Shift and Staff Planning module*, after assigning an item to a staff item group, a new tab opens personal staff members in the side item navigation. You can use this tab to assign the staff role to individual staff members.
