Verifying work times from Online Time ClockingM

Ihre Mitarbeiter melden über die Online Zeiterfassung selbständig die Anwesenheit, die geleisteten Arbeitsstunden und Pausen. Während und nach der Veranstaltung können Sie überprüfen, wer seinen geplanten Dienst angetreten und beeendet hat, wer gerade in Pause oder verspätet ist, oder die Veranstaltung bereits wieder verlassen hat. In Ihrer Übersicht gleichen Sie die tatsächliche Arbeitszeit mit den geplanten Diensten ab, überprüfen Abweichungen, korrigieren Schiefstände und genehmigen die Stunden zur Weitergabe an die Buchhaltung.

  • See the planned and present staff members of the day

    You can see all scheduled services and staff in real time on the tab personal PersonnelMonitor Arbeitszeitkontrolle Time control. You can use filters to optimise the view for your current requirements.

    1. Select the desired display period via the  date fields. By default, the time control opens on the current date.
    2. Use the buttons in the top line to select the status of the staff members you want to have displayed. Multiple selection is possible:
      1. Dienstzeit Scheduled: Staff who have a scheduled shift
      2. abspielen Present: Staff who have started work on site according to online time recording
      3. pause Break: staff members who, according to the online time recording, are on site but are currently on break
      4. Gegangen Gone: Staff who have already completed their shift according to online time recording
    3. If necessary, refine the search in long lists using the search fields in the second line for name, department, cost centre or group.
  • Check, complete and approve entries needing review

    Working times that deviate from the planned shift are highlighted under personal PersonnelMonitor Arbeitszeitkontrolle Time control with a coloured background (yellow for late, red for not arrived). In addition, all entries that either contain an employee comment or fall under the checking rule are marked with an exclamation mark achtung in the first column. A user with administrative rights defines which deviations are highlighted with "Check" at Administration Administration > Administration SettingsDienstzeit Time recording > Check recorded times.

    2. In the first line, activate the button Offene Mengen Checkand, if necessary, refine the search in long lists using the search fields in the second line for Name, Department, Cost centre or Group or on the basis of individual lists.
    3. Right-click on a line to open the artikel staff member, the dienst shift, the VA event or the Dienstzeit working timeto enter corrections. The working times are taken from the staff member's WebApp, break times can be adjusted.
    4. As soon as the employee's status is set to Gegangen Gegangen , you can right-click to set the value Geprüft . Multiple selection of staff is possible.
