Verifying Work Times from Online Time ClockingM

Your staff members report their attendance, hours worked and breaks independently through the online time clocking system. During and after the event, you can check who has started and finished their planned shift, who is currently on break or late, and who has already left. In your overview, you can compare the actual hours with the planned hours, check deviations, correct discrepancies and confirm the hours for forwarding to the accounting department.

  • Display the scheduled and present staff members of the day

    You can see all scheduled shifts and staff in real time on the personal Shifts and Staff tab under Monitor Arbeitszeitkontrolle Time tracking. Use filters to optimise the view for your current requirements.

    1. Select a time period by entering the Date fields. By default, the time tracking control opens on the current date.
    2. Use the buttons in the top line to select the Status of the staff members you wish to see. Multi-selection is possible:
      1. Dienstzeit Scheduled: Staff members who have a scheduled shift
      2. abspielen Present: Staff members who have started work on site according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp.
      3. pause Break: Staff members who are on site according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp but are currently on break
      4. Gegangen Left: Staff members who have already finished their shift according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp
    3. If necessary, refine the search in long lists by filtering in the second line for Name, Department, Cost centre or Group.
  • Verify, complete and approve entries needing confirmation

    Work times that deviate from the scheduled shifts are highlighted under personal Shifts and Staff > Monitor Arbeitszeitkontrolle Time Tracking with a coloured background (yellow for late, red for no-show). In addition, all entries that either contain a comment or fall under the checking rule are marked by an achtung Exclamation mark in the first column. A user with administrative rights defines which deviations are highlighted as "To be confirmed" under Administration Administration > Administration Settings > Events > Dienstzeit Time clocking > Rules.

    1. Select a time period in the Date fields. By default, the time tracking control opens on the current date.
    2. In the first line, activate the button Offene Mengen To be confirmed and, if necessary, refine the search in long lists by filtering in the second line for Name, Department, Cost centre or Group or on the basis of custom lists.
    3. Right-click on a line to open the artikel Staff member, the dienst Shift, the VA Event or the Dienstzeit Work time to enter corrections. The work times are copied from the staff member's Online Time Clocking WebApp, break times can be adjusted.
    4. As soon as the staff member's status is set to Gegangen Left, you can right-click to set the value Confirmed. Multi-selection of staff is possible.
