Assign a combo item for your standard delivery range, which is offered with every delivery of this order type.
- Click on the expand triangle next to
Items and select 
Search if a sales item for the standard range has already been created. - Select Items >
New to create a new sales item for the standard range (see below). - The item is broken down into its components each time a new ESC segment is created on the Item tab.
