Enter the text for the e-mail/letter/SMS directly as usual or using a text template (Use a letter template).
Choose at the top left between sending as letter or email or SMS.
If necessary, select a text template for the enquiry in the horizontal toolbar of the text document.

Click at the top left on Send enquiry or Print enquiry.
Alternatively, send the notification to an individual employee by right-clicking on the name and Enquiry with letter or Enquiry with e-mail.
For an individual employee, save a verbal enquiry without correspondence via the context menu by right-clicking > Enquiry. Note: Although several staff can be selected, the enquiry is actually only sent to one (the last) selected name.
