 Enter the text for the e-mail/letter/SMS directly as usual or using a text template (Use a letter template).

  1. Choose at the top left between sending as Brief letter or E Mail email or Handy SMS.
  2. If necessary, select a vorlage brief text template for the enquiry in the horizontal toolbar of the text document.

    Example: Questionnaire for payroll accounting, route map.
  4. Click at the top left on Senden Send enquiry or Print enquiry.
  5. Alternatively, send the notification to an individual employee by right-clicking on the name and Enquiry with letter or Enquiry with e-mail.
  6. For an individual employee, save a verbal enquiry without correspondence via the context menu by right-clicking > Enquiry.
    Note: Although several staff can be selected, the enquiry is actually only sent to one (the last) selected name.
