Use the Shift planner to assign shifts to all available staff. The data sources as well as Staff properties available for filtering are defined in consultation with your Bp Event account manager when setting up the software.
Go to the Shifts and Staff tab and open the Shift planner for an overview. The information conveyed will depend on the selection of Data sources.
Select Shift to see all staff members belonging to the selected group or role, including shift times and roles. Staff without assigned shifts are also listed.
Select All assigned shifts to see only those members of staff who have been assigned a shift (including sick leave, annual leave, etc.).
Select Event segments: Assigned staff to see staff and staff roles that have been booked for a segment, regardless of assigned shifts and ordered per event.
Select All staff on duty to see which shifts and, if applicable, which roles and/or events have been assigned per staff member.
Select Inventory items to see staff, staff roles and inventory items that have been booked for a segment, regardless of assigned shifts.
