Create an email account to receive the shared mailbox

  1. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the fields Account user and Mail address.
    Example info@
  2. Tick the column incoming mail  to enable email reception.
  3. Click on Connect.
    The Microsoft Entra-ID login dialogue opens.
  4. Log in with the access data of the shared mailbox.
  5. Then confirm the message "A window has opened in your default web browser. Now grant Bp Event the right to access your account on the server" by clicking Authorisation granted.
  6. Speichern Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
