- Go to the
Administration tab in the function bar and select 
Users > 
User groups > 
New. - Enter a unique Group name
Example: Name of the group mailbox (Info@) - Enter a Description of the groups for clarity.
- Go to the
Email account tab and Add two accounts for receiving and sending emails.
