Once the availability or absence details have been entered, they can be reset as long as they have not yet been converted into a shift. The status is then undefined again.
To reset your availability on a single day, go to the Calendar tab and that day, then click on that entry.
Left-click and select Delete availability. Note: This resets the status to "undefined", which is not the same as "not available".
To cancel availability for several days, go to the Availability tab.
Use the date fields to enter a time period and confirm by clicking Cancel availability.
Select the shifts you want from the picklist and confirm by clicking Cancel availability.
Delete Not available entries for individual days in the Calendar by left-clicking on that day and time. Absence notifications cannot be reset via the list.
