Once the availability or absence details have been entered, they can be reset as long as they have not yet been converted into a shift. The employee's status is then undefined again.

  1. To reset the confirmed availability on a single day, go to the tab kalender Calendar to the desired day and click on the availability information.
  2. Left click Delete Availability.
    Note: Deletion resets the message to "available". The employee's status is therefore undefined. This is not the same as "not available".
  3. To cancel availability that has already been confirmed for several days, go to the tab neu Availability.
  4. Use the date fields to enter the desired period and confirm with Entfernen Cancel availability.
  5. Select the desired shifts in the selection list and confirm with Entfernen Take back availabilities.
  6. Delete messages as Not available for individual days via the tab kalender Calendar by left-clicking on the desired day and period. Absence messages cannot be reset via list.
