In the calendar, the views All or Events display all events for which shifts are available for one of the staff roles assigned to the logged-in user. As long as shifts are still open - i.e. not assigned to a staff member - you can apply for them. Events for which staff are still required are marked in blue in the calendar.
- Go to the
Calendar tab and left-click on an event to open the Event details.
- The input window with detailed information on the event will open.
- Select one or more shifts from the list of available shifts. If you want to apply for several shift, these must not overlap in time.
- Confirm by clicking Apply.
- The period of the shift for which you have applied is automatically displayed in the calendar as Available. As soon as the shift is actually assigned, it no longer appears as Available (yellow), but as Confirmed shift (green).
