You must have the appropriate authorisations to view services and communicate availabilities via the online duty roster WebApp. You must first create a Bp Event user with administrative rights in the database:

1. Als  Adresse
   1. with email and telephone number for notifications
   2. with a suitable category (staff or similar)
2. Als  Mitarbeiter
   1. linked to the  account
   2. with activated  shift roster
   3. with matching  Staff roles
   4. with activated  WebApp access to the right of the scroll window
3. As  Bp Event user
   1. with User group "PersonalApp_Gruppe".
   2. linked to the  account
