The Work times of several staff members for one and the same event can only be recorded in bulk if corresponding shifts were created beforehand as Shifts.
Click on Shifts and Staff > Work Times > Enter in list.
Enter the Date of the event in the top line and select the Event from the picklist.
Alternatively, open the same window from within the event by right-clicking on Invoice > Add > Work times > Record.
Filter by department, staff group or supplier as needed.
A list of all Shifts planned for that event will appear in the input window.
Add the actual work and break times, staff role and event as needed.
Confirm the details by ticking the "OK" column.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
