 On the left-hand side of the input window, select the staff who are to receive the enquiry.

  1. The selection list Role is set to all roles by default. All staff appear in the staff list on the left-hand side of the window.
  2. Select only a specific role to limit the list to only those staff members who have been assigned that role.
  3. Use Personnel details to filter staff more precisely by performance level, driving licence, language skills, etc. Only those staff who have all the set properties will appear in the list of staff.
  4. Der Farbcode gibt Auskunft über die Verfügbarkeit des Mitarbeiters:
    1. Red -> sick or not available
    2. Grün -> zu dieser Veranstaltung bereits angefragt
    3. Gelb -> zu einer anderen Veranstaltung angefragt
    4. Purple -> already has shift
  5. Left-click and hold down the Ctrl key for multiple selection to select one or more staff members to receive the request.
