The category of existing services can be changed at any time, for example if an employee falls ill and another has to be called in from holiday.
- Go to the Staff and Shifts tab on the function bar and click on Shift Planner.
- Right-click on the desired service and select a new service category (Free, Service, Illness).
- Alternatively, double-click on the service to open the input window and select the new category in the horizontal toolbar. This is always necessary if the times need to be changed.
Example: A previously "all-day" entry "Illness" is changed to the category "Duty", for which there are time limits.
