The category of existing services can be changed at any time, for example if an employee falls ill and another has to be called in from holiday.

  1. Go to the personal  Staff and Shifts tab on the function bar and click on Dienstplaner  Shift Planner.
  2. Right-click on the desired service and select a new service category (Free, Service, Illness).
  3. Alternatively, double-click on the service to open the input window and select the new category in the horizontal toolbar. This is always necessary if the times need to be changed.
    Example: A previously "all-day" entry  "Illness" is changed to the category "Duty", for which there are time limits.
