You can see all scheduled shifts and staff in real time on the Shifts and Staff tab under Time tracking. Use filters to optimise the view for your current requirements.
Select a time period by entering the Date fields. By default, the time tracking control opens on the current date.
Use the buttons in the top line to select the Status of the staff members you wish to see. Multi-selection is possible:
Scheduled: Staff members who have a scheduled shift
Present: Staff members who have started work on site according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp.
Break: Staff members who are on site according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp but are currently on break
Left: Staff members who have already finished their shift according to the Online Time Clocking WebApp
If necessary, refine the search in long lists by filtering in the second line for Name, Department, Cost centre or Group.
