Change the status of event segments as soon as the customer accepts or rejects them. The data is not deleted so that all changes can be tracked at any time.
To change the status of several segments at the same time, select the higher-level segment folder such as Quotes, Orders or Invoices in the side navigation.
Select the segments you want in the list and click on Change status.
Select the new status Rejected or Accepted and Confirm your selection.
To change the status of individual segments, go to the General tab of that segment and select a status from the drop-down menu in the top line.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
