In  Adressen,  Artikeln,  Veranstaltungen und  Projekten gibt es ab der Version 12.1 Datensatzverzeichnisse. Legen Sie hier Datenblätter, andere Dokumente, Bilder oder Objekte jeder Art zu genau einem Datensatz ab.

1. In the side navigation bar of the data record, go to  directory.
2. If standard folders have already been created for the record table (accounts, items, events or projects) in the  table details , they appear automatically.
3. If directory folders are already preset as storage locations in data sheet templates, these folders are automatically created when the first  data sheet is opened and saved based on the template.
4. Create your own  folders or other directory objects by clicking on  New creation in the horizontal toolbar. Directory objects can be added or deleted without the directory itself being open in change mode.
5. To edit the data set directory itself, first insert at least one directory object.
   1. Click on the directory object and in the toolbar above click on  Open.
   2. Click in the top toolbar  Open directory and then in the top left  Change.
