Setting up labels
First create a list in which you define the content to be displayed in the labels or filtered by. The design is also done exclusively in the list itself.
- Create a list as basis for the labels.
First create a
List in order to define the contents of the labels.- Go to the
Configurations tab in the function bar and select >
Lists/Reports >
New. - Select the Table that you want to use as the basis for your list.
E.g.: display labels, accounts, booked items - Enter a unique Name for the list.
Example: "Display label S Standard", "Address label 105*84" - Select Use "Output list, labels".
- On the
General tab,
Add :- the fields to be displayed on the labels.
- the fields to be filtered by.
Example: Buffet display labels with item image and name/image for allergens

Number (with display value "Fan out lines")

Save your input.

- Format the labels
The labels layout happens exclusively in the
List itself on the
Labels tab.- Open the
Labels tab. - Enter the Dimensions of the labels (width, height, etc.) and the Paper format .
- Assign an
Output setting (watermark) with
Printer settings (printer, tray etc.). (Setting up output settings) - Activate the option Start position definable to enable selecting a start position before printing.
- Only for Display labels: For
Display labels, select a Size S, M or L for the list. Only lists with the appropriate size will be offered in the segment when the corresponding labels are printed. - Go to
Insert fields at the top left and drag the fields in the list that you want to display on the labels from the left-hand list to the right-hand list while holding down the left mouse button. - Aabove the list, activate the Values to only display the contents of the selected fields.
- Activate Labels to also display the field labels.
- Format the font in the input area at the bottom right.
- Add Images or logos by clicking on the camera icon in the left-hand toolbar if necessary. These images are part of the layout and appear on every label.
- Click on the icon and open a new window by dragging and holding down the left mouse button.
- Move the window to the position on the label you want.
- Right-click on the window and select Object properties, go to the Image tab.
- Paste an image from the clipboard into the input window by right-click > Insert or by dragging and dropping from the hard drive.
- Confirm your input by clicking OK.
- Insert different images as a database reference depending on the item displayed. In this case, the images must be in the database and inserted in the
List > General as
Images .

Print preview at the top left of the toolbar.
