Using standalone lists
Stand-alone lists make daily work easier. They automatically deliver results from a table on just one click, by entering a time range or other parameters. By setting specific filters, you can optimise your search results and prevent long loading times. The more detailed the filters, the more targeted and faster the search. Stand-alone lists can be added to the Info Centre drop-down menu; the parameters set can be called up without direct reference to the relevant level.
Examples: If a stand-alone list is configured on the Events table, the filter "Not equal to: cancellation" must be set for the event status so that cancelled events are filtered out. This filter is already set automatically in the regular search (F12).
Self-searching lists in the Event segments table must also have the filter "Value not equal to: Rejected" for the Segment status, so that these segments are neither loaded nor shown.
