Create a list as basis for the labels.

First create a  List in order to define the contents of the labels.

1. Go to the  Configurations tab in the function bar and select >  Lists/Reports >  New.
2. Select the Table that you want to use as the basis for your list.
   E.g.: display labels, accounts, booked items
3. Enter a unique Name for the list.
   Example: "Display label S Standard", "Address label 105*84"
4. Select Use "Output list, labels".
5. On the  General tab,  Add :
   1. the fields to be displayed on the labels.
   2. the fields to be filtered by.
      Example: Buffet display labels with item image and name/image for allergens
       Display label text
       Image
       Images of allergens to be labelled
      Number (with display value "Fan out lines")
      
      Example: Address label
      Name
      Street
      Postcode
      Location
      
6.  Save your input.
