Set up the SEPA direct debit procedure

  1. Go to the Administration Administration tab and select Administrationexpand Settings > Rechenblatt Invoicing.
    Note: For multi-company databases, go to the company settings.
  2. Tick the box Direct debit.
  3. Enter your SEPA Creditor ID (Deutsche Bundesbank).
  4. Select the SEPA payment account intended for incoming payments from the picklist.
    Note: Only one existing payment account can be selected.
  5. Select a SEPA user groupto enable only this user group to carry out the SEPA direct debit procedure.
  6. Enter a Min. debit amount to exclude amounts below that threshhold from the SEPA direct debit procedure.
  7. Tick Use SEPA external account number to use the customer number entered in the account (External no.). If no customer number is entered, the record number of the account will be used.
  8. Activate Create SEPA payments to auto-create the payment in the event as soon as the invoice is exported as a direct debit.
  9. In the field star SEPA only for events with status, specify which statuses are taken into account for the SEPA direct debit procedure.
    Example: Confirmed, Contract, Completed
  10. Enter a Formula for purpose of payment (invoice) to define the purpose in the payment and for the export (XML file).
  11. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
