Rooms
All the rooms visible in the room reservations overview or available for event bookings have been created by a user with administrative authorisations. Go to the
Administration tab and select
Rooms to add new rooms or change existing rooms.
Scope:
Each room must have a name and a room code, al other details are optional. Enter a room group and room capacities if you want to trigger a capacity alert when booking a new event. Define set-up and teardown times to prevent accidental overlap of bookingd. A detailed description of the room and images provide a first impression for your customer.
Example: Add a summary of the booked rooms including pictures and descriptions to your event quotation.
Individual rooms can be combined into larger units or have associated technical and service rooms. These are automatically booked when the top room is selected. Enter booking suggestions or equipment to remind the organiser of booking items such as screen, lectern etc. are when making the room reservations.
Insert image files of the floor plan into the graphics programme or draw your own. The floor plan can be created to scale if the dimensions are available.
Assign rooms to events, enter individual booking times and numbers of guests, select seating styles and add signage text as needed.

Table PlansM
Use our graphics programme to create a sketch of the table plan. To create a true-to-scale table plan, the room and furniture must use the same scale. If a scale is defined in the floor plan and the inserted objects have the same scale, they are automatically adjusted in size when inserted. To activate the table assignment for a room and assign guests to a specific seat or table, the tables must have a number or a name.

Table ReservationsM
Table reservations are based on events that define the reservation times, sittings, rooms and table plans. This event is then copied to the days on which table reservation are possible.
Example: Table reservations are possible from Tuesday to Sunday, but not in February.
Enter reservations directly in the overview, assign tables and a status such as booked, seated or vacated.
