Making a table reservationM

  • Open the reservation overview

    In der Reservierungsübersicht werden für das gewählte Datum und die gewählte Reservierungsliste auf der linken Seite die freien Tische, im großen Eingabefenster die Reservierungen angezeigt. Das Auffrischungsintervall der Übersicht setzten Sie selbst ganz oben links über die Schaltfläche refresh Ansicht aktualisieren > Automatisch auffrischen.
    If the Summary shows neither rooms nor tables, no table reservation is planned for the selected period. Days for which table reservations are possible appear blue in the calendar selection.

    Für die Benutzung über Touchscreen stellen Sie die Übersicht um auf Touch-Modus. Tischen werden dann über Einzeltap reserviert und zugewiesen.

    1. Open the reservation Summary by left-clicking on Basis  Basis tischreservierung  Table reservation .
      Note: An overview of the current date always opens first. Further overviews can be opened by clicking on Home  Basis tischreservierung  Table reservation neu Table reservation overview.
    2. Gehen Sie über die Datumsauswahl oben links zum gewünschten Datum oder mit Linksklick auf Jetzt links in der Zeile über dem Kalender zum aktuellen Datum und Uhrzeit.
    3. In the line below the calendar, select the desired reservation event and, if applicable, session . Which Raum rooms and tischplan table plans are offered is determined by the table reservation event (Creating a table reservation event{tip title="Module" content="Table Reservations" mode="click"}M{/tip}). If a meeting is selected, its times are suggested for reservation, but can be changed manually.
      Note: The lateral filters (reservation process, time) not only affect the display of free tables but also the display of reservations in the large input window. If, for example, several TR events exist on one day, all reservations are only really displayed as long as none of the events is selected in the selection list. As soon as exactly one event is selected there, only the associated reservations are displayed.
    4. Above the list of free tables, the number of tischreservierung  unassigned tables, of Stuhl unassigned seats and of Plaetze Verteilen guests without table assignment are displayed
    5. Activate TR Freie Plaetze Show free seatsto be able to see and assign individual seats at partially occupied tables. This setting changes the number of unassigned seats above it.
    6. A list of all free tables appears in the selection window on the left, sorted by room and table number. You will also find coloured markings from the table plan (for table groups etc.) in this list.
    7. List  list of all Gaesteliste reservations appears in the large input window on the tab Gaesteliste  All reservations.

  • Assign a table to walk-in customers without prior reservation

    Table allocation for walk-in customers takes place without collecting contact details with a pre-assigned "temporary" address. Orders are possible, but no invoices are issued without a real address. In order to be able to issue an invoice at a later date, the mandatory fields of the address must be filled in subsequently. Reservations for walk-in customers can be created in different ways.

    If the  table reservation Summary and the correct reservation process are already open, the quickest way to book is via the tischplan table plan of the desired Raum room.

    1. Right-click on the desired table and select:
      1. walk in Walk-into open the new reservation and adjust it if necessary.
      2. walk in Walk-in customers directly, to immediately save the new reservation with the pre-assignments (number of persons, time).

    If the  Table Reservation Summary is not yet open, click on Basis Base Table Reservation expandwalk in Walk-In.

    1. Select the desired reservation process if there are several at the given time.
    2. The current time is automatically preset. If you want to adopt the times of the reservation process instead, select "Adopt default".
    3. Enter the number of persons.
    4. As soon as the number of persons has been entered, a list of free tables with suitable sizes appears. Assign the desired table by double-clicking on it.
    5. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window (Ctrl+S).

    If the  Table Reservation Summary is already open, click on walk in Walk-Inat the top left, to the right of the input field for the reservation number.

    1. Select the desired reservation process if there are several at the given time.
    2. The current time is automatically preset. If you want to adopt the times of the reservation process instead, select "Adopt default".
    3. Enter the number of persons.
    4. As soon as the number of persons has been entered, a list of free tables with suitable sizes appears. Assign the desired table by double-clicking on it.
    5. save Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window (Ctrl+S).
  • Reserve and assign a table

    Reservations for specific tables can be made either via the  list, the graphic tischplan table plan or the cal view timeline timeline .

    1. Go to the desired date in the Summary.
    2. If necessary, select the correct reservation list and session under the date selection.
    3. Double-click on the desired table in the selection list on the side to open a new Gaesteliste reservation.
    4. Geben Sie in der obersten Zeile die  Uhrzeit, die  Personenzahl und weitere Pflichtfelder ein.
    5. Alternatively, open the graphic tischplan Plan on the tab of the desired room and create a new reservation by clicking on a table and tisch Book a table .
    6. In cal view timeline Timeline , click on the row of a table and, holding down the left mouse button, drag the desired time period.
  • Reserve a table and assign a room

    Via List of free tables on the far left in the Summary , reservations can be made for specific rooms .

    1. Go to the desired date in the Summary.
    2. If necessary, select the correct reservation list and session.
    3. Double-click on the room name in the side selection list to open a new Gaesteliste reservation.
    4. In the top line, enter the  time, the  number of people and other mandatory fields.
    5. Um den gesamten Raum ausschließlich für diese Reservierung zu sperren, klicken Sie im der Liste der Reservierten Tische in die erste Spalte und wählen Sie Raum exclusiv Raum exklusiv sperren.
  • Reserve without room or table allocation

    Reservations can also be created without having to assign a specific room or table directly. The table assignment can be made subsequently.

    1. Gehen Sie zum gewünschten Datum.
    2. If necessary, select the correct reservation list and session.
    3. Left-click on neu New above the list of free tables to open a new Gaesteliste Reservation.
    4. Geben Sie in der obersten Zeile die  Uhrzeit, die  Personenanzahl und weitere Pflichtfelder ein.
  • Allocate free seats at partially occupied tables

    Depending on the operating setting, it is possible to occupy tables with more than one reservation.

    1. To be able to offer free seats, activate  Show individual free seats/allow reservations above the side list of free tables.
    2. Tables that are not fully occupied will then appear in the table list with the reduced number of seats.
      Example: Table 11 (4/8)
    3. In the tischplan plan view , a table with free seats appears in yellow, a full table in red and a table with several reservations in orange.
  • Enter a reservation name

    A name must be entered for each table reservation, but this does not necessarily have to be linked to an address. A real address is only required for issuing invoices.

    1. Enter a  name and press the Enter key. To call up an existing  address it is also sufficient to enter the initial letters.
    2. If a matching  account is available in the database, double-click on it to select it from the list of results and link it to the reservation.
    3. If no suitable account is available, create a neu New account directly from the horizontal toolbar of the result list.
    4. If you want to accept the reservation without creating a real account, close the results list via  Close at the top right of the window and select Hold nameon request. In addition, enter at least the telephone number .
    5. Speichern Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
  • Lock a table assignment

    Not all table assignments should be flexible, especially for regulars' tables or regular customers, certain tables should be reserved reliably and exclusively. For this purpose, editing can be prohibited in the reservation Summary. In the data set itself, changes remain possible.

    1. Open the Gaesteliste Reservation.
    2. In the toolbar above the "Reserved tables" window, select tischreservierung zugesagt Assign seats/tables permanently. This will prevent the tables from being removed if you click on  Unassign in the Summary to release all tables that have already been assigned.
    3. To reserve an unoccupied table exclusively for one guest, activate tischreservierung exklusiv Block table(s) completely . These tables will not be taken into account when allocating free seats.
    4. Um einen ganzen Raum für eine Reservierung zu sperren, machen Sie einen Klick in die erste Spalte der Tischliste und wählen Sie Raum exclusiv Raum exklusiv sperren.
    5. Um die Tischzuweisung, Tischsperrung oder Raumzuweisung zu entfernen, öffnen Sie die Reservierung selbst und klicken Sie erneut auf die Schaltfläche(n).
  • Create an order for a reservation

    If the administrative settings allow it, orders can also be created in the individual reservations . For example, with larger groups you can ask for menu preferences in advance to ensure faster service. You can also see tickets for public events on the list of ordered items. Only for items on the list of ordered items can a invoice be created afterwards.

    Eintrittskarten bestellen

    Bei Veranstaltungen mit Tickets lässt sich die Anzahl der Personen nicht manuell eingeben, sondern bestimmt sich aus der Anzahl der gebuchten Tickets.

    1. Klicken Sie im unteren Eingabefeld Bestellung auf die Schaltfläche Tickets buchen mit dem Namen der Tickets. Es öffnet sich ein Eingabefenster mit allen angebotenen Ticketarten.
    2. Select the desired number of different ticket types and confirm with Book.
      Ex: Knight's banquet adult 3, Knight's banquet child 2 tickets
    3. The selected tickets will appear in the list of ordered items.

    Order other items

    1. Use the search box above the list to find other items to order.
    2. If the reservation is part of a table reservation for which only items from a specific menu are released (Assign a food or drink menu to), then click Add > Select from menu.

    Sortieren Sie die bestellten Artikel auch nachträglich mit Drag-and-Drop (ziehen mit gedrückter linker Maustaste).
