Add the desired objects to a new directory. Even if the directory itself is only open in the  display mode , directory objects can be inserted or deleted.

1. Left-click in the toolbar of the input window at New  for different objects:
   1. Different files (text documents, images, tables)
   2. Datensätze aller Tabellen (Adressen, Vorgänge etc.)
   3. Links (file or folder links, URLs)
2. By right-clicking on a directory object and  New , you can either attach further objects on a subordinate level  , or on the same level  .
3. Move directory objects up or down by holding down the left mouse button (drag-and-drop). The object is always inserted below the object on which the mouse remains.
4. To place an object at the top, drag the object above it downwards.
5. In the directory input window, click on Detailsin the horizontal toolbar to see a detailed list of objects or an object preview in the large window on the right.
6.  Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
