If a room is always offered with a certain equipment, store the equipmentfor the room. In contrast to the booking suggestions, this is for information purposes only and cannot be automatically transferred to events.

- Go to the
Equipment tab to enter fittings or equipment provided in this room. - Click in the horizontal toolbar on
New and enter the name of the item at Search words .

Artikel suchen. - Select the items by holding down the Ctrl key and left-clicking and
Apply the selection. 
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
