Some rooms can be combined into one large room or have associated technical and service rooms that should also be booked automatically when the main room is reserved.

1. At the bottom right in the subwindow subrooms >  new creation open a list of already existing rooms.
2. Select the subspaces by double-clicking or, for multiple selection, by holding down the left mouse button.
3. If you activate on   basis >   events >   room reservation in the horizontal toolbar over/under rooms , events will not only be displayed in the actually booked event rooms, but also in the over/under rooms.
4. If subrooms (WC, cloakroom) can be available for several superspaces without thereby marking all superspaces as "occupied", select Allow multiple occupancy and View superspaces as not occupied.
   Bsp.: Die Seminarräume 1 und 2 teilen sich ein WC. Wenn Sem 1 belegt ist, soll auch das WC belegt sein, aber nicht der ebenfalls mit dem WC verbundene Sem 2.
