Personal data may only be collected and used for specific purposes and on a legal basis.

1. Go to Administration >  Settings > Data Processing.
2. Aktivieren Sie die Datenverarbeitung mit Linksklick in das Auswahlkästchen.
3. Make the processing purpose a mandatory field in contact notes and/or letters and emailsby ticking the checkbox.
4. Die Änderung wird nach Neustart der Anwendung wirksam.
