Sometimes, decisions have to be reconsidered or decided on a case-by-case basis.

1. Go to the  Options tab on the function bar and click on  Hidden Messages.
2. Go to the User-specific decisions or Company-specific decisions to show all messages for which decisions have been saved.
3. Open the message and select  Reset to default. The message and the query will again be shown in the relevant context.
