Customising security settings
- Change your password
All Bp Event users have individual passwords. Depending on your company settings, users can change their password independently, password assignment is controlled by the Windows domain or by the administrator (Define login requirements).
In general, users can change their own passwords, provided they know the old password and the option has not been disabled by an administrative decision.
- Go to the
Options tab in the function bar and click on
Change password.
- First enter your old password, then enter the new password twice.
-
Confirm the change. The new password will apply as of the next login.
Note: You will be notified if your new password does not fulfil the requirements. If necessary, adhere to strict password guidelines by adding e.g. special characters, digits or upper and lower case letters.
