Manage your reservations digitally and flexibly, for an unlimited number of rooms, table plans^M and sittings^M. Get a quick impression of table occupancy in the overview and detailed information about the guests, dietary requirements or pre-orders in the individual bookings.

Allow your customers to book tables from their hand-held devices using the Online Table Reservations WebApp.^M. All bookings are imported into Bp Event in real time for further processing.

Scope:

Reservation account
Creating accounts for guest address details is useful but not mandatory. If the reservation is linked to an account, all information on the booking history, communication and customer requests can be collected and analysed.

Reservations overview
The reservations overview gives you an overview of free and reserved tables for the date entered. Select the list view for a detailed overview or the graphical plan per room for a quick insight into the booking situation.

Table assignment
Assign a table or room to each reservation immediately or at a later date. The assignment can be made automatically or manually for multiple reservations and can be locked for later changes.

Items
Request pre-orders and dietary requirements directly on making the reservation. Generate quotes or invoices directly from the table reservation. Invoices are entered with the date of issue and a payment term and can be included in the reminder run.

Event from table reservations
Convert table reservations into events at any time if more extensive planning is required. The data is linked together.

Inform staff
Informed staff about table occupancy and special requirements using event sheets.

Reservation status
In the reservation overview, you can see how many tables have been reserved in total and how many are actually occupied. The status of the tables is derived from the status of the reservations.

Table Plans^M
Any number of rooms with floor plans, images, capacities and detailed descriptions are supplemented with customised and flexible table plans. Add furniture to the floor plan true to scale, place equipment such as lecterns or detail escape routes.

Online Table Reservations^M
Your customers book online and receive a confirmation straight away. Define which and how many tables can be booked online, set turning intervals, maximum group sizes and dwell times. This allows you to balance out the arrival of guests at peak times and optimise table capacity utilisation. The real-time import of bookings to Bp Event saves time and effort.

Table Reservations Licence
This restricted access licence can be used to equip computers in the restaurant and replace the reservation book. Service staff can create reservations and view and edit existing reservations. Data that is not relevant to reservations cannot be changed. Users of the licence can edit accounts, write emails, print out information and access an overview of events.
