Why is no VAT shown on the invoice?

Is the tax rate 0 specified in the segment?
A suitable VAT rate is specified in the item for each price group. However, this can be overwritten in any event segment.

Enter the correct tax rate in the "VAT" column in the segment.

Does the invoice template that is used not show this VAT rate?
Not every template provides for all VAT rates to be shown.

Select an different invoice template that can show this tax rate.

Have tax rates been added or changed?

Invoice templates are set up by default for tax rate numbers 0, 1 and 2. If tax rates have been preset with other numbers, they are not shown in the invoice.
