Why is no VAT stated on the invoice?

A suitable VAT rate is specified in the item for each price band. However, this can be overwritten in the segment itself.

Enter the correct tax rate in the "VAT" column in the segment.

Does the invoice template used not show this VAT rate
Not every template provides for all VAT rates to be displayed.

Select another invoice template that can display this tax rate.

 Have tax rates been added or changed

Invoice templates are set up for tax rate numbers 0, 1 and 2 by default. If tax rates with other numbers have been preset, they are not displayed in the invoice.
