Why can't I export invoices to Financial Accounting?

Has the financial accounting interface been enabled?

Once the interface has been fully set up, it still needs to be enabled by the administrator.

Ask your system administrator to enable the interface.

Are you authorised to export invoices?

Not every user has the right to read, edit or export all data.

Ask your system administrator to authorise you to export invoices to Financial Accounting.

Have any revenue accounts been entered?

In administration, revenue accounts are specified for certain types of revenue, in accounting for item groups. Only in exceptional cases are revenue accounts for individual item price groupsands entered in the item itself.

Assign revenue accounts.

Has an invoice segment been created or a spreadsheet created and sent?

Depending on the company requirements, either:

• only the invoice segment must be created, with items and consumption,
• the invoice has been printed and the date of issue has been set
• only the start date must be available.

Create an invoice segment and/or a spreadsheet and print/send the invoice.
