Templates make it easier for you to create new appointments, because all predefined entries are taken over directly.
Open a list of existing templates via Basis > Dates > New with template .
Click in the horizontal toolbar on Add.
Create an appointment that you want to use as a template later, with all the necessary mandatory fields. The date will be replaced later at New creation with template .
Other details ( participants, documents etc.) are taken over when the template is applied.
Give the new template a descriptive subject.
Save your input by clicking on the icon in the top left-hand corner of the input window.
