The use of event templates is recommended to simplify the planning of new events, save time and standardise procedures.
Go to the Home tab in the function bar and click on the dropdown triangle next to Events, and select New from template and, if applicable, the companyM. Alternatively, you can create a new event from a customer account. The data from the customer account is used to prefill the organiser details. In the account, click on the dropdown triangle next to New, then select Event > Contact person > CompanyM (if applicable) and a suitable Template.
A list of available event templates will open. Filter by type, name and description to find a suitable template.
Double-click the template you want.
